Hailing from a family of ninjas, she moved to the big city to learn more about the world, eventually enrolling in university as a fashion student. Fascinated by the new experiences she encountered, she learned to combine her existing talents with her new interests.
Her clan has mastered the strange art of manipulating her victim's sex... this enables her to perform feats such as sucking the femininity out of women which expands her own bust size while reducing her victim's size. Think of her like a vampire who seeks her victim's bust mass to add to her own rather than blood. This becomes stored in her own breasts. The more she consumes, the larger they become! Once her victim's bust is exhausted, they start to tip toward masculine... she usually stops somewhere at this point, meaning her female victims are often left as femboys.
This kunoichi is simply obsessed with breasts! Mostly her own breasts, though. They need to be the biggest ones around! Or else she'll become extremely competitive and seek to knock down anyone she sees as a threat to her own bust size...
She also delights in creating bimbos out of men when she pumps stores enough femininity to be content (be it via her beam technique or her milk). While this reduces her bust size slightly, she loves having new bimbo friends to hang out with.
She pays her student bills by working for-hire in her spare time, essentially doing mercenary work for any paying customers, regardless of affiliation or reasoning.
Confident and outgoing, she likes showing off, and wears outfits that she has designed and created herself. While in university she enjoys being a bit of a tease, but is more than happy to jab anyone with her darts or her special beam technique if they get more into it than she wants.

Kunoichi and schoolgirl were neck and neck (with bimbo now and then), so I decided to combine aspects of the top two that lead to this design.
