Part three of the "Challenging" series that sees Mei or some other twisted trainer go through the Pokemon league to take each one as her own~

This time it's Lt. Surge! Even after that change she's still tall as ever! And quite "big" too, hmm?

This time, I had taken a vote for whether Lt. Surge should become anthro or semi-anthro. The results have Anthro just barely in the lead (however, if I add "semi-anthro other" then it would have been in the lead).

As such I may make a semi-anthro alternate, but I really need to stop drawing both choice sin the end, huh? But they're always SO CLOSE! XD I'm not too satisfied with how this one came out, so we'll see if the semi-anthro happens in the end. XD

You don't see Surge TF'd often. Then again, I did only recently come across 's gallery which featured a Surge to (full) Raichu TF. So I guess going anthro here can balance that. XD

Mei is wearing her Rosa cosplay by request, though without a hat and the Pokeball logo.
